of Venue … Student Sections may attend any SPDC sponsored by ASME, however,
Student Sections are funded to one SPDC only and may participate in the competitions
at one SPDC only. Student Sections who wish to participate in a SPDC not within
their District must submit a Change of Venue form. Click
