Prem Chand Pendota, Communication Incharge, SDOB India Objective 1 -Probable Venues for SPDC India 2013. Conclusion
1. Issue of Nomination Form for organizing SPDC India 2013 by 15-07-2012.                                 
2. SPDC India 2013 will be held in south region, considering the fact that past 2 SPDCs' were in North region
3. Hyderabad and NIT Warrangal are at priority. In case if the college administration does not help out, SPDC India 2013 will be held in Delhi.
4. SPDC will stretch for 3 days including one day solely devoted for Greenpreneur and SLSMinutes
5. Probable venues are: NIT Warrangal, BITS Hyderabad, CBIT Hyderabad, KLU Vijaywada, MRCE Delhi, NIT Jalandhar
6. Student Leadership Seminar will be the main focus altogether with greenpreneur.
Objective 2 - Association with the city Innovates (Educational Consultancy)
Conclusion
1. ASME SDOB will act as liasion to provide its student members an opportunity to earn extra buck through freelancing service under the consultancy on payment basis. Since there is no association of ASME with this organization, so SDOB will start working on it within a week.
2. Signing a memorandum with this organization to serve as Knowledge partner during SLS, SPDC India 2013.Since the feasibility of such kind of association in not clear, team is awaiting reply of Ms. Marian E. Heller
