Support for Attendees:
ASME will reimburse those who are attending who do not have other funds to support their attendance. Reimbursement includes travel costs (standard rate per mile plus tolls & parking) and a per diem (up to $150.00) to help with hotel, meal and registration costs. Volunteer Travel Expense Forms will be distributed at the meeting.

We strongly encourage each section to sent at least one person. Better yet, two or three representatives from each section will help to create a dynamic and balanced group. Consider carpooling with others from your section or sections on your way to the event. Hotel rooms can easily accommodate 2 people – consider sharing a room to minimize expenses

Note:
This is a critical time for the Sections of ASME. We need your help to plan for a positive future. That future will enable us to network with our peers and interact with the next generation of mechanical engineering students at our local colleges and universities. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting. Drive safely.
